Refund policy
Due to the perishable and alcohol-based nature of our product, we are unable to accept physical returns once an order has been delivered.
However, we stand behind the quality of our product. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, we’re happy to make it right.
We offer refunds or replacements for:

Defective product (e.g. no pressure/spray, incorrect flavor)

Missing or incorrect items
To request a refund or replacement, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with:

Exchange Policy
We do not offer traditional exchanges due to alcohol regulations and the perishable nature of our product. If you received the wrong item or flavor, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Defective Product Protocol
If you receive a product that is defective (e.g., no whipped cream dispensed, damaged canister), please follow this protocol:

Do not discard the product immediately.

Take clear photos and/or video of the defect.

Email the details to admin@whippedfusion.com within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will assess the issue and send you a replacement product or issue a refund as appropriate.
In certain cases, we may request the product to be shipped back for quality control inspection. If so, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Important Notes

We cannot offer refunds for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information entered at checkout.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled unless shown otherwise.

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet our policy guidelines.
Alcohol Compliance
All direct-to-consumer purchases must comply with local, state, and federal alcohol laws. By placing an order, you confirm you are 21 years of age or older and legally allowed to purchase alcohol in your jurisdiction.
